Position: Custodian – Part Time

Description:

The Custodian position will provide care and maintenance to all Northern Communities Credit Union facilities.  This may include, but is not limited to: general building maintenance (i.e. painting, changing light bulbs and ballasts, moving furniture), grounds keeping (i.e. mowing lawns, shoveling snow, gardening, tree trimming), general cleaning services, and repairs.  This position will also be responsible for ordering cleaning supplies, maintaining equipment used for grounds keeping and other duties, and providing assistance in planning for construction or modification at each office.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior cleaning and grounds keeping experience.  Light construction and repair experience is preferred.
