Notice to Bidder

Bidder understands that by placing a bid for the property described below, Bidder warrants that he/she has the ability to purchase the item in question and agrees to pay bid amount upon acceptance from Northern Communities Credit Union formerly known as Duluth City & County Employees Credit Union. Northern Communities Credit Union will accept cash, certified check, cashiers check, or may offer financing (pending approval).

The Bidder understands that the item described below is being sold "as is." As such, Northern Communities Credit Union does not warrant and makes no representations as to condition, operation, or state of repair of any instrument, equipment or system located on the item. Furthermore, Bidder understands that Northern Communities Credit Union is providing no warranty, expressed or implied, relating to the item. Any descriptions or representations made regarding the item are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. Northern Communities Credit Union makes no warranties relating to the description of the item, authenticity of the item, and takes no responsibility for any defects relating to the item. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to thoroughly inspect the item prior to providing his/her bid herein.
